Shipping: Your order will be packed individually with attention to detail. Your very own pair of contemporary frames will be dispatched no later than one day after receipt of your order.
Estimated shipping time: please allow up to 7 working days to deliver your order, depending on destination.
All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and require a signature upon delivery. Double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order.
Once an order is completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail outlining the details of your order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive another e-mail with your shipping info and tracking number. In case you do not receive a receipt or lose it please get in touch with us.
Free Shipping: ARNO Eyewear ships all domestic orders and orders within the European Union for free (excluded: UK, Switzerland and other countries with customs and import duties).
International Shipping: For all orders outside the European Union shipping costs will be charged. Customs and import duties will be levied by the local governments and do not fall under the responsibility of ARNO Eyewear. We kindly ask you to check with your country’s custom office to avoid surprises or unexpected charges.
Taxes & Duties: Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at check-out. These charges can be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase (we hope you are!), returns can be
organized if the item purchased:
- is unused, unworn, undamaged
- was not on sale or bought with a discount code
Packaging has to be in original condition. Returns have to be declared within a 7-day return
In case of a return, ARNO Eyewear can organize the shipping and send a return tag that has to be applied to the package. Return shipping costs will be charged, cannot be refunded and will be withdrawn from your initial payment. If you rather organize the return shipping by yourself, please pack your order in the original ARNO Eyewear package and send it to us via any trackable and insured service of your choice, at your expense.
In any case, please send an email to email@example.com together with the reason for the return and we will provide detailed return instructions.
ARNO EYEWEAR will refund the value of the good(s) within 30 days of receiving the item(s) at the headquarter in Florence, and using the same method as the original payment. Please note that ARNO Eyewear will not refund international duties and taxes.
Shipping Fee & VAT: Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g. customs, import duties, VAT) are not refundable.
Wrong/Damaged Item: If you’ve received a wrong item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the wrong item and your order number. Well take
care of it!
If you’ve received a damaged item, please send us an e-mail immediately at
email@example.com. We kindly ask you to retain all relevant documentation (e.g. photos of the damaged item/package), so we can make an insurance claim. Please note that ARNO Eyewear is not responsible for damage or loss which occurs after the goods have been handed to the postal or courier service. If the package you receive is battered and you cannot open it around the delivery person, please note the fact and make sure that you sign for it as “Damaged package – goods not yet inspected”.

Exchanges: ARNO Eyewear frames are onesize and gender-neutral. Unless the package or (sun)glasses arrive damaged (see above), we don’t do exchanges, sorry!
Sale Items: All sales of sale items or purchases with a discount code are final and cannot be returned, no exceptions.
ARNO Eyewear reserves the right to change shipping & return costs, as well as shipping & return policies at any time based on unforeseen circumstances.
